Fox Sports Carolinas will showcase the Carolina Hurricanes and the Charlotte Bobcats, both of which have new exclusive local television agreements with Fox. Fox Sports Carolinas will televise 65 Hurricanes and 39 Bobcats games, with 31 additional Bobcats games being made available on Fox Sports Carolinas' sister network SportSouth. Every Hurricanes telecast on Fox Sports Carolinas will include Hurricanes LIVE expanded post-game coverage and all Bobcats telecasts will feature Bobcats LIVE pre- and post-game coverage. In addition to Hurricanes and Bobcats telecasts, viewers who receive Fox Sports Carolinas will also see local collegiate programming such as ACC men's and women's basketball, baseball, Olympic sports and coaches' shows. With its professional and collegiate product, Fox Sports Carolinas will televise more than 300 live events of local interest during the 2008-09 seasons.
